How do you know what to charge for my property?

Can you make repairs to my property?

Yes. Ashbridges Property Management contracts with reliable, trustworthy, and skilled repairmen to handle routine repairs. We work with our clients to make small repairs before they become big problems. However, if your property needs a major repair or remodel, we have long-term relationships with repair companies that provide us discounted rates. We pass on those considerable cost savings to you. Our Senior Property Manager was previously a contractor and is conversant with most aspects of building repairs and HVAC systems.

How do you market vacancies?

Our wide range of aggressive marketing strategies is very effective. Most of our vacancies are filled in less than one week, and that includes the turnover of the unit! Best of all, we pay little or no marketing costs. Maintaining cash flow is one of our top priorities and our wide range of aggressive marketing strategies is very effective.
